Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Construction Schedule on P6/MS Project.
• Construction site execution and Control.
• Project Quantity & Cost Estimation. (Engineer’s estimate)
• Meeting with Architect, consultants and different vendors.
• Coordination with the contractors & sub-contractors.
• Evaluation of Bids & Quotations from contractors and material vendors.
• Prepare comparative statement after Tender opening.
• Negotiation with Bidders.
• Prepare Contract Documents.
• Procurement of resources. (Material, equipment & labor)
• Verification of contractor’s bill. (IPC Verification)
• Counter design issues in architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
• R&D on new construction techniques, material & equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Update and monitor construction schedule on Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Prepare and maintain Cost “S” Curve.
• Prepare Revised and Recovery schedules on Primavera P6.
• Evaluation of project progress and prepare comparative analysis.
• Develop Anticipated Progress Report based on forecasted plans.
• Forecasting IPCs based on forecasted progress.
• Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily Progress Report.
• Ensure plans meet the client’s specification.
• Management of resources allocation i.e. Machinery, manpower and materials to meet the objectives.
• Manage site and execution of construction works.
• Get approval of work done from the client (Bahria’s representative) or respective department.
• Co-ordination with site staff (Supervisors & Asst.supervisors) to provide professional guidance to them to assure quality of work.
• Inspect/Check installed forms and rebars with regards to plumpness prior to any concrete works.
• Monitor concrete pour works (through Mobile Pump & Transit Mixers) as to finish elevation and alignment.
• Calculate quantities from drawings and actual site conditions to put forward concrete demand.
• Counter design issues in construction drawings & bring it to the knowledge of CM or PM.
• Inspect/Check block masonry and plaster works before client’s inspection to assure quality.
• Reconciliation of rebars and concrete.
• Execution of pile foundations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Complete survey of roof-top and prepare layout and check stability of building.
• Complete survey of green field and preparation of layout.
• Control, monitor and manage construction site.
• Develop methodologies of construction activities from time to time.
• Calculate quantities of various materials from drawings and actual site conditions.
• Update and monitor construction schedule and develop progress reports.
• Develop bar bending schedules.
• Coordination with the sub-contractors, site-supervisor.
• Preparation of BOQs.
